Personal information collected

LinkTogether may process information such as email, password hash, profile information, public profile images, languages, interests, contact methods, request and connection status, report and block records, and access or session information for account creation and service use.

Purpose of use

Collected information is used for login, account management, profile display, search results and recommendations, request and connection features, contact display between connected users, safety features such as reports and blocks, misuse prevention, and dispute response.

Retention and deletion

Account and profile information is retained while the service is used. When a user withdraws, the retention period expires, or another legal or operational deletion reason occurs, the information is deleted or separately retained according to defined standards.

Third-party disclosure

LinkTogether does not provide personal information to third parties unless required by law or clearly consented to by the user.

Third-party advertising services and cookies

We may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, to operate and improve the Service. In this process, third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies, advertising identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user''s prior visits to this Service or to other websites and apps.

Google uses advertising cookies to enable it and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this Service and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may limit personalized advertising or cookie use through Google ad settings, browser settings, or device settings.

We do not sell users'' names, email addresses, passwords, or other account credentials to advertising providers. However, non-identifying or device-based information may be processed for ad delivery and measurement in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of the advertising service providers.

User rights

Users can edit their profile information and contact methods and use safety features such as blocking and reporting. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing can be made through the service inquiry channel.

Retention and deletion for withdrawn members

When a member withdraws, the account is immediately deactivated and the profile is no longer exposed in search, recommendations, or normal service screens.

Original account and profile information for withdrawn members is retained for one month from the withdrawal date to prevent misuse, respond to disputes, and manage service safety such as reports and blocks.

After one month, original account and profile personal information in the database is deleted or personal information fields are removed.

To restrict rejoining with the same email and prevent misuse, the email address may be normalized and retained separately as a hard-to-reverse hash.

Profile images and account/profile information archives may be retained separately for operations, misuse prevention, and dispute response for up to six months, then deleted.

Reports, blocks, and operational records may be retained for the period needed for service safety and legal response.
